AI Campus account deletion
Request in the app
- Student and teacher: open More, then choose Request account deletion.
- Admin: open Account, then choose Request account deletion.
The account stays available while the request is pending. You can cancel it until processing begins. Completion is irreversible.
If you cannot sign in
You can initiate a request using the privacy email below. Include only your school code, username, and role. Do not send passwords, access tokens, student answers, or audio recordings.
Verification and timing
- The privacy operator acknowledges the request within seven days without revealing whether another account exists.
- The participating school is identified and its school administrator verifies the request through the established school relationship.
- An authorized same-school administrator records and completes the request. The service target is completion within 30 days.
If no school admin can sign in, the verified privacy operator uses the documented support process. A sole administrator for a continuing school must appoint a successor; a closing school follows the verified school-closure process.
What completion does
For every role, AI Campus removes the original account's user ID, username, password hash, display name, role, and creation time from the live account database.
For a student, completion deletes student enrollment links, attempts, submitted answers, scores, and other student-associated assessment records.
For a teacher, teaching assignments are removed. School-owned exams and lecture material may remain and are reassigned to the school's shared, non-login Deleted teacher record owner, without retaining the original teacher's identity.
Limited records after completion
AI Campus retains a minimal deletion request ledger for 90 days. It restricts signed-out support correspondence to the privacy operator and retains that correspondence for 90 days after the request is closed. The email itself is not copied into the application database.
Deleted information may remain only in isolated backups. Those isolated backups expire within 30 days. A restored backup cannot return to service until newer deletion records have been replayed and checked.
